HMIS implementation for a referral hospital

Challenge: Patient records, billing and pharmacy stock lived in separate paper registers; billing disputes and stock-outs were routine.
Solution: HMIS covering registration, billing, pharmacy and wards, with structured cabling to connect departments and a small cooled server room.
Result: One patient record from reception to discharge; stock levels and claims visible to management for the first time.

County hospital · Eldoret

Theatre and laboratory air conditioning

Challenge: Theatre temperatures swung through long procedures and laboratory reagents spoiled in an uncooled store.
Solution: Sized air conditioning for the theatre and laboratory, a dedicated cold store, and UPS-backed power for the controls.
Result: Stable theatre conditions through procedures and an end to reagent losses from heat.

Sacco · Kitengela

Branch network cabling for a sacco

Challenge: A new branch needed a documented network, secure records room and CCTV before opening day.
Solution: Cat6 structured cabling with a fibre backbone, labelled and tested; access control on the records room; CCTV covering tills and entry.
Result: Branch opened on schedule with certified cabling and full surveillance coverage.

Beach hotel · Mombasa

Cold room and kitchen refrigeration

Challenge: Kitchen cold storage failed repeatedly in coastal heat, risking stock and service.
Solution: New cold room sized to weekly stock, servicing of kitchen units and a maintenance contract covering the hot season.
Result: No stock losses since commissioning and predictable refrigeration running costs.

Bakery and food producer · Machakos

Production and inventory software for a bakery

Challenge: Production runs, raw materials and shop sales were tracked in notebooks; wastage was invisible.
Solution: Production and inventory software linking bakery output, raw material use and shop sales, with POS at the counter.
Result: Daily production vs sales visible in one report; wastage identified and reduced.

Corporate office · Nairobi

CCTV and access control for an office campus

Challenge: Multiple tenants shared one compound with no coordinated surveillance or controlled entry.
Solution: Perimeter and lobby CCTV with a central recorder, card access on shared doors, and remote viewing for facility management.
Result: Entry points controlled, incidents reviewable on footage, and tenant disputes resolved by record.
