When you send a form on this site we collect your name, organisation, phone number, email address and the details you write about your project or issue. Quote and site-survey forms also let you attach documents such as floor plans.
This website does not collect patient data. Our hospital systems work happens inside your facility and is governed by your own data protection arrangements — please never send patient records through these forms.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote or arrange a site visit.
- To deliver support you have requested.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers. Enquiry details go only to the team members handling your request.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are needed to handle your request and any resulting work. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
